We release often, which only works if the test suite is trusted. You will own that trust: the end-to-end coverage, the load tests that establish where a system's ceiling actually is, and the discipline of keeping flaky tests out of the pipeline.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain end-to-end test suites with Playwright or equivalent
- Design load and stress tests, and report the ceiling they establish
- Investigate and eliminate flaky tests rather than retrying them
- Work with engineers to make features testable during design, not after
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with client teams
What we’re looking for
- Two or more years in test automation for web applications
- Experience with a modern E2E framework such as Playwright or Cypress
- Familiarity with load testing tools and interpreting their output
- Sound understanding of what belongs in a unit, integration or E2E test
- Precise, reproducible bug reporting
