Mobile apps that work where your users actually are
A delivery rider in traffic, a shop assistant during a rush, a field engineer in a basement with no signal. We build for those conditions, not for a demo on office wifi.

- Usable on mid-range devices and unreliable connections
- One codebase to maintain instead of two diverging ones
- Store submissions handled without surprise rejections
The problem we hear most, and how we solve it
If this sounds like your business, you're in good company. Here's what changes when we work together.
The problem
Apps get designed on a fast laptop and reviewed on a flagship phone, then shipped to users on four-year-old mid-range Android devices with 2GB of free storage and an intermittent connection. The result is uninstalls that never show up in a bug report — the app just felt slow, and the user went back to a phone call.
What we do about it
We build with a hard constraint: the app must be usable on a mid-range device with an unreliable connection. That drives offline-first data handling, small binaries, deliberate image handling and interfaces that survive one-handed use. Where it makes sense we use a single Flutter codebase for both platforms; where a feature genuinely needs native, we build native.
How we can help with Mobile App Development
Offline-first data layer
Work continues when the connection drops and syncs cleanly when it returns, with conflict resolution decided by your business rules rather than by last-write-wins.
One codebase, two platforms
Flutter covers Android and iOS from a single codebase where the app allows it — roughly halving the maintenance surface over the app's lifetime.
Tested on real low-end hardware
A device matrix that includes the phones your users actually own, not only the newest model in the office drawer.
Push notifications with intent
Segmented, permission-respectful messaging tied to genuine events, because the fastest route to an uninstall is a pointless notification.
Store release management
Signing, versioning, review submissions and staged rollout handled for you, with the ability to halt a release that misbehaves.
Crash and usage analytics
Crash-free rate, funnel drop-off and feature adoption instrumented from the first release, so decisions come from data.
Everything you need, handed over properly
No vague promises. Here's what you can expect to have when the work is done.
Tools & technologies we use
- Flutter
- React Native
- ASP.NET Core
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Azure
- Usable on mid-range devices and unreliable connections
- One codebase to maintain instead of two diverging ones
- Store submissions handled without surprise rejections
- Crash and adoption data available from launch day
- Phased rollouts that can be paused before a bad build spreads
A clear process, with no surprises
Design starts from the user's real posture and environment. Development runs against a device matrix that includes low-end hardware, not just the newest phone in the office. Store submission, signing, versioning and phased rollout are handled by us, with crash reporting and analytics wired up before the first public release.

Scale Up
See how managed technology can set you up for success and continue growing your business. If not, we'll happily refund your investment.
An app with a retention curve that does not collapse after week one, a crash-free rate you can quote, and release cycles that do not depend on one person who knows the signing keys.
What every client can count on
Say the difficult thing early
If an approach is wrong, a date is at risk, or the feature you asked for will not solve the problem, you hear it while there is still time to act. Comfortable silence is the most expensive thing in software.
Build it to be maintained
The code we write will be read far more often than it was written, frequently by someone else. Clarity beats cleverness in every case where the two conflict.
Measure what we claim
Faster, better and more reliable are only meaningful with a baseline and a number after. We agree the measurement before starting the work.
Leave you independent
Documentation, handover and code quality are aimed at a client who could take the system entirely in-house. Retention through lock-in is not a business we want.
Questions clients usually ask
Flutter for the majority: business apps, marketplaces, field tools, internal apps. Native when the product depends on deep platform integration — heavy background processing, complex camera or sensor work, platform-specific hardware. We make the call during discovery and explain the trade-off rather than defaulting to whichever is cheaper for us.
Yes, including developer account setup, signing certificates, store listings, privacy declarations and the review process. Rejections are usually caused by a missing privacy disclosure or an unclear data-usage statement — we prepare those up front.
We build it, or integrate with what you have. If the app is an extension of an existing system, we usually add a purpose-built mobile API layer rather than exposing the internal one directly — it keeps the app's payloads small and the internal system free to change.
Feature flags and remote configuration let us change behaviour without a store release, and the API is versioned so older app versions keep working. Users on old builds are a fact of mobile, not an exception to plan around later.
