Make the systems you already own work together
The expensive part of most integrations is not the connection. It is deciding what happens when the other side is down, returns something unexpected, or silently changes its response format.

- Manual export-import steps removed from daily routines
- Failures that alert immediately instead of surfacing weeks later
- Retries that are safe by design, not by hope
The problem we hear most, and how we solve it
If this sounds like your business, you're in good company. Here's what changes when we work together.
The problem
Every business accumulates systems that hold overlapping data and cannot see each other. So a person exports a CSV each morning and imports it somewhere else. It works until they are on leave, or until a format changes and nobody notices for three weeks. Meanwhile the data in two systems drifts apart and nobody knows which is right.
What we do about it
Integrations built with the failure cases designed in: retries with backoff, idempotency so a retry cannot double-charge or duplicate an order, dead-letter handling for messages that cannot be processed, and reconciliation that reports drift instead of hiding it. Plus documented APIs on your side so the next integration is straightforward.
How we can help with API & System Integration
API design and documentation
Versioned REST or GraphQL interfaces with OpenAPI specifications, so partners and internal teams can integrate without asking you questions.
Third-party integrations
Payment gateways, SMS and email providers, logistics and courier platforms, accounting packages and government reporting endpoints.
Legacy system connectivity
Adapters for systems with no API — database-level integration, file drops, scheduled extracts — wrapped behind a clean modern interface.
Idempotent by construction
Retries are safe. A repeated request cannot create a second order or a duplicate payment, which is what makes automatic retry viable at all.
Reconciliation reporting
Scheduled comparison between systems that surfaces drift as a report, rather than leaving it to be discovered at audit.
Rate limiting and access control
Authentication, scoped permissions and quotas on every public endpoint, so one misbehaving client cannot degrade service for everyone.
Everything you need, handed over properly
No vague promises. Here's what you can expect to have when the work is done.
Tools & technologies we use
- REST APIs
- GraphQL
- ASP.NET Core
- Node.js
- Redis
- Docker
- PostgreSQL
- Manual export-import steps removed from daily routines
- Failures that alert immediately instead of surfacing weeks later
- Retries that are safe by design, not by hope
- A documented API surface that makes future work cheaper
- Clear ownership of every shared data entity
A clear process, with no surprises
We map the data flows and agree the system of record for every shared entity — most integration problems are really unresolved ownership questions. Then we build with contract tests against the external interface, so a breaking change on their side fails our tests rather than corrupting your data. Every integration ships with monitoring for volume, latency and error rate.

Data that moves automatically and correctly, failures that alert instead of accumulating silently, and a documented API surface that makes future connections a small piece of work.
What every client can count on
Say the difficult thing early
If an approach is wrong, a date is at risk, or the feature you asked for will not solve the problem, you hear it while there is still time to act. Comfortable silence is the most expensive thing in software.
Build it to be maintained
The code we write will be read far more often than it was written, frequently by someone else. Clarity beats cleverness in every case where the two conflict.
Measure what we claim
Faster, better and more reliable are only meaningful with a baseline and a number after. We agree the measurement before starting the work.
Leave you independent
Documentation, handover and code quality are aimed at a client who could take the system entirely in-house. Retention through lock-in is not a business we want.
Questions clients usually ask
Usually. Options include database-level integration where access allows, scheduled file exchange, or screen-level automation as a last resort. We document the constraints honestly — some of these approaches are more fragile than others and you should know which you are buying.
It gets designed for. Requests queue, retry with exponential backoff, and surface on a dashboard if they exhaust their attempts. Where the business process allows, we degrade gracefully rather than blocking — an order can be accepted and the downstream notification retried.
Yes, including developer documentation, sandbox environments, API key management and usage analytics. A public API is a product with its own support obligations, and we plan it that way.
By agreeing a single system of record for each entity before any code is written, then syncing in one direction with reconciliation reporting in the other. Bidirectional sync without a defined owner is how data corruption starts.
