ERP & Business Management Solutions

Run the whole business from one set of numbers

When sales, warehouse and finance each keep their own version of the truth, someone spends the first week of every month reconciling them. An integrated system removes the reconciliation instead of speeding it up.

  • One entry point per transaction, with every downstream effect automatic
  • Month-end close measured in days instead of weeks
  • Stock, sales and finance working from the same figures
Sound familiar?

The problem we hear most, and how we solve it

If this sounds like your business, you're in good company. Here's what changes when we work together.

The problem

Departments buy the tool that solves their problem. Sales gets a CRM, the warehouse gets stock software, finance stays on accounting software and spreadsheets bridge the gaps. Every bridge is a person, a monthly export and an opportunity for the numbers to diverge. Nobody can answer 'what is our actual margin on this product line' without a two-day exercise.

What we do about it

A single system where a transaction is entered once and flows through to every consequence — stock moves, the ledger posts, the customer balance updates, the reorder point triggers. Multi-branch, multi-currency and multi-warehouse handled as first-class concepts rather than bolted on.

What we do

How we can help with ERP & Business Management Solutions

  • Financial accounting

General ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and tax handling built to your chart of accounts.

  • Inventory and warehousing

Multi-warehouse stock with batch and serial tracking, transfers, adjustments, reorder points and valuation that finance agrees with.

  • Purchasing and supplier management

Requisition through purchase order to goods receipt and three-way matching, with approval limits mapped to your delegation of authority.

  • Sales and customer accounts

Quotations, orders, invoicing, credit limits, ageing and collections — connected to stock availability in real time.

  • HR and payroll foundations

Employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs, structured to feed the ledger without a manual journal every month.

  • Multi-branch consolidation

Branch-level operation with group-level reporting, inter-branch transfers and consolidated statements handled natively.

What you get

Everything you need, handed over properly

No vague promises. Here's what you can expect to have when the work is done.

Tools & technologies we use

  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • REST APIs
  • One entry point per transaction, with every downstream effect automatic

  • Approval limits and segregation of duties enforced by the system
  • Product and branch margin visible without manual analysis
How it works

A clear process, with no surprises

ERP fails when it is deployed as a big bang. We sequence it: one module live and stable, then the next, with the previous system running in parallel until the numbers reconcile for a full cycle. Chart of accounts, tax rules, document numbering and approval hierarchies are configured to your existing conventions, so your finance team is not relearning their job.

Our promise

What every client can count on

  • Say the difficult thing early

If an approach is wrong, a date is at risk, or the feature you asked for will not solve the problem, you hear it while there is still time to act. Comfortable silence is the most expensive thing in software.

  • Build it to be maintained

The code we write will be read far more often than it was written, frequently by someone else. Clarity beats cleverness in every case where the two conflict.

  • Measure what we claim

Faster, better and more reliable are only meaningful with a baseline and a number after. We agree the measurement before starting the work.

  • Leave you independent

Documentation, handover and code quality are aimed at a client who could take the system entirely in-house. Retention through lock-in is not a business we want.

FAQ

Questions clients usually ask

Often you should buy one — if your processes are close to standard, a licensed product is faster and cheaper. Building makes sense when your operating model is the competitive advantage, when licence costs scale painfully with headcount, or when you have already tried to configure a packaged system into something it was not designed to do. We will say so if buying is the better answer.

Module by module, usually starting with inventory or sales because they produce visible wins early, then finance, then the rest. Each module runs in parallel with the old process for at least one full cycle, and we do not switch off the old system until the numbers reconcile.

Yes. Some clients keep their existing accounting package and use the ERP for operations, with a posting integration between them. Others consolidate everything. Both are supported — the integration is designed during discovery.

Role-based training sessions, written procedures for each role, and a support period with a named contact during the first close. The most common cause of ERP failure is not software quality — it is people quietly reverting to spreadsheets in week three.

Yes. Multi-branch, multi-warehouse and multi-currency are designed in rather than added later, including inter-branch transfers, branch-level P&L and consolidated group reporting.
